About Us

Garden Homes Estates was developed in 1970 by Roger Hall, Sr. and his then partner, Amos Bousquet.  From the start, Roger took an active role in managing the Community, and named many of its streets after his children and grandchildren ( Sean Circle, Kristen Lane, Jeffrey’s Path  and Beverly’s Way etc.)  thereby establishing the principal values of Garden Homes Estates—commitment to family and to responsive, hands-on management.

After purchasing Amos’ interest in Garden Homes Estates, Roger focused on passing the Community to his heirs.  His daughter, Beverly Hallahan, became increasingly involved in the management and oversight of the Community, and Roger was thrilled when Beverly’s son became involved by providing maintenance support during school breaks and summer vacations.

Today, Beverly and her husband, Jeff, both Wareham residents, are the sole owners of Garden Homes Estates.  Together with their son, they are the full-time managers of the Community.  Because of family history the parks are very important to them. They take pride in the Community and work together with tenants to create the perfect combination of care-free affordable living and home ownership.

Beyond the daily demands of management, the we have initiated a comprehensive campaign to upgrade the Community by improving the infrastructure, enhancing the plantings and landscaping, and by replacing older homes with attractive, newer models.
